I meant to post about this game on the Xbox Live Indie Games service last December, called Jewelry Master Twinkle. What caught my attention was that it was made by Arika, a Japanese company perhaps best known over here for the Endless Ocean titles that Nintendo published on the Wii. It completely fascinated me that a fairly decent sized company was putting their wares on a section of the Xbox Live Marketplace well-known for not being very well-known.

I completely forgot about it.

This is sad news. Cing, makers of awesome DS and Wii titles such as Another Code, Hotel Dusk and Little King’s Story, have filed for bankruptcy.

Too bad, because Sega’s decided to cut her - amongst several other items - out of the Western localisation.

Good news, people who like weird Japanese arcade games being ported to platforms that don’t sell very much in their home country - courtesy of Famitsu, we now know that Senko no Ronde Duo is headed to a Xbox 360 near you! Provided you are near a Japanese 360, at least.
